Please fill out this form to request your puppy. Once you submit it, you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay the deposit. Your $300 deposit holds your puppy until your final payment is due. We will send you a contract and a bill for the final payment. Final payments are due 2 weeks before puppies go to their new homes. Deposits are non-refundable.
